1About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Odia Christian Matrimony website and its matrimonial services ("we", "us", "our"). By registering, browsing or paying for a membership you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2Eligibility

• You must be of legal marriage age under Indian law: at least 18 years for a bride and at least 21 years for a groom.
• You must be legally free to marry under the law that applies to you.
• You may register a profile for yourself, or on behalf of a family member with their knowledge and consent.
• The service is intended for the Odia Christian community and families who share its values.

3Registration and your profile

• Registration and profile submission are free.
• You must give accurate, current and complete information, including your date of birth, marital status and photograph.
• Every profile and photograph is reviewed by our team before it is shown to members. We may approve, reject, ask for changes to, hide or remove any profile at our discretion.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

4Membership plans and pricing

Registration is free. Browsing full profiles, search results, profile details, sending interests and contact access require an active paid membership.

• Groom membership: Rs 499 per month.
• Bride membership: Rs 199 per month.
• Each membership lasts one month (30 days) from activation.
• Each membership includes up to 10 permitted mobile contact unlocks. Opening the same contact again during the same membership does not use another unlock.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and may be changed for future purchases. A price change does not affect a membership you have already paid for.

5Payments and renewal

• Payments are made online through an authorised third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• A membership starts after the payment is confirmed. You will see the confirmation in your account.
• Renewal is manual. There is no automatic recurring billing. A new membership bought while one is active starts after the current one ends.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• The service is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

6Contact access and consent

• Contact details are shared only where the other member's contact-sharing settings allow it.
• A paid membership never overrides another member's consent or privacy choices.
• You may use contact details only for genuine matrimonial purposes. You must not share, publish, sell or misuse another member's details.

7Your responsibilities

• Use the service only for genuine matrimonial purposes.
• Do not post false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content, or impersonate anyone.
• Do not harass, pressure or threaten other members, or ask them for money.
• Do not collect profile data by automated means, copy profiles or photographs, or attempt to bypass our security or access controls.
• Report suspicious profiles to us through the Contact page or the report option.

8Our role and verification

We provide a platform that helps families find each other. We review profiles, but we do not guarantee that every detail is accurate, and we do not guarantee that you will find a match or that a marriage will result. Please verify details independently, meet in safe public places, involve your family and never send money to someone you have not met. See our Safety Tips.

9Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove an account without refund if you break these terms, give false information, misuse contact details, or harm other members. You may stop using the service or ask us to delete your account at any time.

10Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, logos and software belong to Odia Christian Matrimony or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you upload, and you allow us to display it on the service for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the conduct of members, or for interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid membership is limited to the amount you paid for that membership.

12Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information. It forms part of these terms.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Balangir, Odisha have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Please write to us first at support@odiachristianmatrimony.com so that we can try to resolve your concern.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date on this page shows the latest version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
