Shipping and Delivery Policy

1No physical shipping

Odia Christian Matrimony provides an online matrimonial service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no delivery charges, courier or shipping timelines apply.

2How the service is delivered

• Membership is a digital service delivered through your online account.
• After your payment is confirmed, your membership is activated automatically and normally within a few minutes. You will see it in your account under Membership.
• You can then view full profiles, send interests and use contact unlocks as described on the Membership page.

3Delivery time

Activation is normally immediate. If your payment succeeded but your membership has not started within 24 hours, write to support@odiachristianmatrimony.com with your order reference, and we will fix it or refund you as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4Delivery charges

There are no delivery or shipping charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
